“There is inflation, costs are rising for everyone, including road maintenance. Therefore, of course, we are considering it,” he said. Petushenko emphasized that an excessive increase in the tariff may lead to a decrease in traffic, so the decision on indexation will be made carefully.

He noted that collections in 2025 reached 140 billion rubles, and the contribution of the M-4 Don highway to revenue fell to 47% due to an increase in the load on M-11, M-12 and the Central Ring Road. Tariffs were last indexed in February 2025 in accordance with inflation.
