The last copy of the Belgee X50 crossover rolled off the assembly line on April 6, 2026. However, as stated to the Belarusian publication av. by Gennady Svidersky, director of SJSC BELGEE, the automaker does not plan to say goodbye to this model.

“For this year, plans are to release the X50 with a modern 4-cylinder engine, but with less power, as well as with simpler systems and a slightly modified appearance,” Svidersky noted.

The car (in the auto industry, such versions are usually called “ripped off”) will feature a less advanced media system, a basic set of driver assistants, and other simplifications.

According to the manager, the main goal is to produce a more affordable car for car sharing services, taxis and corporate fleets, that is, areas where the starting cost is very important.

Previously, it was unofficially reported that the model could receive a modification equipped with a 4-cylinder 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine producing 122 hp, a 6-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive.
