Cadillac will teach American special services to manage the “mechanics”

General Motors provided the US Secret Service (analogue of the Russian Federal Security Service) Ten cars for teaching young agents. The list included “charged” Blackwing models with a powerful engine and three pedals. The training grounds explained to The Drive that employees need to be able to control different cars, because there are all sorts of situations.

In the USA, most mass cars are equipped with automatic machines, and among young drivers, not everyone has a car control skills with a “mechanics”. Abroad, the US Secret Service may need this skill, so training on Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing and Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing is useful. Also, employees will have to practice supercars, SUVs and pickups.

In total, ten cars were transferred to the secret service: Chevrolet Tahoe, Suburban, Colorado ZR2, Corvette Stingray, Corvette E-Ray; Cadillac Escalade, two CT4-V Blackwing and two CT5-V Blackwing.
