Tests were carried out according to international standards, with lateral and frontal blows on different types of barriers at different speeds.
The program has nine tests. Based on the results of a frontal clash about a hard barrier at a speed of 50 kilometers per hour, the protection of the driver and passenger in the front seat is evaluated. In the framework of the second frontal collision, the total speed of the deformable barrier (incomplete overlap) and the subject of the car is 100 kilometers per hour, and the protection of passengers and compatibility with other machines is evaluated. The last frontal blow at a speed of 56 kilometers per hour checks the protection of the driver and passengers: the work of airbags, belts and the preservation of living space.

Next is a test for the injury hazard of the hood when the head hit at a speed of 40 kilometers per hour, the risk of severe injuries of the pedestrian is checked. Finally, low-speed crash tests are also carried out to calibrate the activation algorithms of holding systems-belts and eirbegs.

Based on the results of the tests, targeted indicators for the protection of the driver and passengers were achieved, the effectiveness of the body structure was confirmed, as well as the data for the development of passive security components and the Sa-Models with physical test results were made.
The next step will be held two more tests of testing, which include crash tests of serial machines with an extended program: C-NCAP, Arcap, RCAR, false triggering, tipping test, etc.
Serial production of atoms will be launched at the Moskvich metropolitan plant during 2025. An electric crossover four meters long will be equipped with a rear electric motor with a capacity of 204 horsepower and a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 77 kilowatt hours. The range will be up to 500 kilometers (WLTC). According to preliminary estimates, the novelty of the Russian automobile industry will cost from 2.5 to 3.5 million rubles.
