In the first six months of 2026, the average cost of car repairs and maintenance in Russia reached 13 thousand rubles, which is 11% more than in the first half of 2025. Such data was provided by the Fit Service car service network.
At the same time, the total number of calls to services remained at the level of last year. However, within each visit the cost structure changed: the share of payment for services increased by 19% year-on-year, while costs for spare parts increased by only 9%.
The company noted that auto parts themselves have risen in price by an average of 15-20%, depending on the category. Consumables for maintenance and minor repairs increased by 9-15% (technical fluids rose in price the most), and rare parts, electronics and body parts became more expensive by 15-25%.
Director of Fit Service Tatyana Ovchinnikova linked the increase in the average bill with the rise in cost of parts, work and changes in the structure of orders. In 2026, car owners are less likely to put off complex repairs (suspension, braking system), preferring to invest in extending the life of their cars. The cost is also affected by the increasing complexity of logistics, currency fluctuations, and an increase in tax and administrative burden.
