Sales of cars from the Chinese brand GAC are starting in Belarus. According to Gazeta.Ru, the first model will be the family electric crossover GAC Aion i60 EV. The model is the closest relative of the Toyota bZ3X: they have a common platform, power structure of the body and much more.
GAC Aion i60 EV is built on the AEP 3.0 modular platform. The Chinese car is even similar in appearance to the Toyota bZ3X: the models have similar glazing, doors, side mirrors and many other details. The differences are in the body kit, optics and decor.
For the basic option, dealers will ask for 61 thousand Belarusian rubles, that is, 1.6 million Russian rubles. In the initial version, the crossover is equipped with a 204-watt engine and a lithium-iron-phosphate battery with a capacity of 58.4 kWh. The cruising range according to the CLTC standard is 530 km.
