Geely EX5 estimates for crash tests according to the European methodology were disclosed

An electric crossover, which recently officially entered the Russian market, has passed a series of tests on the EURONCAP system. According to the results of the crash tests, the Chinese electric car has earned five stars out of five possible stars. The EX5 was a similar result during the inspection of strength and safety according to the ANCAP standard adopted in Australia and New Zealand.

The five -door crossover of 2025 release in the PRO configuration took part in the trials according to the European methodology. In this performance, the electric car has six airbags, and from auxiliary systems there is a function of anti -pollution, emergency braking and others. The ADAS complex includes systems for preventing a frontal collision, monitoring the lanes, control of blind areas, recognition of road signs, warning about the danger when opening doors, assistance when reverse and prevent collision from the back.

According to the data on the EURONCAP website, the Geely EX5 ratings are as follows: 86 percent for protecting adult passengers, 87 percent for ensuring the safety of passengers and 83 percent for protecting pedestrians and the operation of electronic assistants. This is a good result that corresponds to the maximum five stars.
