HAVAL M6 is now being collected in Russia on a complete cycle

At the former Russian PSMA RUS plant in the Kaluga region, the full production of M6 M6 crossovers was launched: now welding and painting workshops are also involved in it. For this, both workshops were modernized, and also adapted quality control standards for a new product. The production of M6 in the full cycle was launched five months after the start of the “screwdriver” assembly.

Under the M6, about 2800 square meters of the welding shop were reorganized at the former PSMA RUS. More than half of the equipment, including 15 robots and more than 40 welding ticks, adapted. About 30 new welding conductors and two large -loading robots were installed – they can raise weight to 700 kilograms.

In the workshop, the batteries were modernized in painting, increasing the number of anodes almost doubled. A new wax chamber for anti -corrosion processing of internal cavities was also mounted. The supplier of soil, colors, varnish, sealant and mastic are also new.

Conveyor systems were reached: manipulators, the post of “wedding” (the so -called the docking of the chassis and engine with the body), the assembly line of the rear beam. The standards of quality control of the finished car have been introduced.

The 10,000th HAVAL M6 confirmed from the conveyor in Kaluga: the HAVAL gearbox in Kazakhstan will begin to assemble the HAVAL frame for Russia.
