The car, first shown at the Beijing Auto Show 2026, received a design inspired by the “order and etiquette of Chinese palaces” with elements of natural aesthetics, IT Home reports.
The car received a grille called “mountain waterfall”, U-shaped LED optics and “four cardinal directions” taillights.
The main feature is the Huawei Qiankun ADS 5 system: a dual-beam lidar with 896 lines and 40 sensors. At a speed of 120 km/h, the system detects an obstacle 14 cm high from a distance of 120 meters.
The Hongqi H9 interior has two screens, crystal and wood inserts. In addition, there is multimedia based on HarmonySpace with the MoLA voice assistant and the HUAWEI SOUND audio system.
The H9 received a hybrid installation based on a 2.0-liter turbo engine, adaptive shock absorbers and air suspension. In addition, there is a “one-click privacy” mode, which disables all external networks and data collection.
