In Moscow, taxi travel times have increased significantly

Thus, the duration of a taxi journey increased by 25% due to snowfall. This was reported by the Moscow Agency Telegram channel.

According to the channel, in some areas of the capital, the time that passengers spend on the road, choosing a taxi to travel, has increased by 1.5-2 times. At the same time, the average check increased by 20-25% compared to last week.

Previously, it was reported that the Auto Union proposed not to fine drivers for violating markings in snowfall. The National Automobile Union (NAU) has appealed to the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a request not to fine drivers for violating road markings during snowfalls.

“We ask the Ministry of Internal Affairs not to impose fines for violating all possible marking rules and everything related to entering the allocated lane, because often everything is hidden and it is not clear where you can enter it and where not. This greatly complicates the lives of drivers,” Shaparin noted.

Earlier it was reported that they want to ban carsharing cars from parking in courtyards.
