An agreement on the organization of ISKRA production in St. Petersburg was signed in mid-June to the PMEF. Since then, the plant was preparing to accept a new model: equipment was installed and logical chains were established.

To work out processes and training workers from Togliatti, 200 engineers were sent. The body is already supplied. In addition to it, the kit includes a motor, parts of the cabin, chassis and about a thousand other details.
