Sales of a special series of Kia Sportage, Kia Sorento and Kia K5 cars called FIFA World Cup 2026, dedicated to the 2026 FIFA World Cup, have started in Kazakhstan. Motor magazine found that cars that sellers call “collectible” can be purchased by Russian citizens.

The Kia Sportage FIFA World Cup 2026 crossover offers brand nameplates, a panoramic roof, 19-inch wheels, a harman/kardon audio system and tinted windows.

The large Kia Sorento FIFA World Cup 2026 has projector headlights, 20-inch wheels, a Bose audio system, LED taillights and suede upholstery.

The Kia K5 FIFA World Cup 2026 sedan features a special red interior, JBL audio system, projector headlights, 19-inch wheels and a 360-degree camera.

Special versions are created on the basis of maximum configurations. As one of the brand’s Kazakh dealers clarified to Motor magazine, citizens of the Russian Federation can purchase cars through an intermediary.

The intermediary, whose contacts are provided by the car dealership, is ready to buy, deliver and register the car with the Russian traffic police, at the same time paying the disposal fee.

As an example, Motor asked to calculate the cost of a Kia Sportage. In Kazakhstan, a copy from the “football edition” costs 2.7 million rubles, but a Russian will pay 4.6 million for it.
