The famous tuning studio Mansory is once again shocking the public, this time with an incredibly “rich” project based on the Mercedes-AMG G 63. The new product, which has received the unspoken name “Fort Knox gold”, is an SUV, almost entirely painted in matte gold color, reports Carscoops.
Apparently, there is not a single detail left for the Mansory designers that should not be covered in gold. Not only the body panels are painted in this shade, but also the radiator grille, air intakes, front splitter, hood, wheel arch extensions, side steps and even forged wheels. Unique exhaust pipes complete the “golden” theme.
There have also been changes under the hood. The standard 4.0-liter biturbo V8 engine was boosted to 720 hp (in the original – 585 hp) and 1000 Nm of torque. This is indicated by the “P720” badge on the body.
Contrary to expectations, the interior is made in more subdued colors – trimmed with beige leather. However, Mansory’s signature “screaming” touches could not be avoided: the car received an LED “star” headliner, illuminated door panels and a strange solution – an engine start button that moved to the ceiling.
