Multi-ton heavy trucks paralyzed travel on the 65th kilometer of the outer side of the Moscow Ring Road. This was reported by the Telegram channel “Caution, Moscow”.
Eyewitnesses captured the incident on video. The footage shows how the trucks are standing on the snow-covered roadway, but cannot move. According to the Department of Transport and the Data Control Center, traffic jams in the capital are estimated at 6 points.
