Russia will spend 9 trillion rubles in six years on roads

The government approved the road construction plan for the next six years, TASS writes with reference to the chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin. According to him, 9 trillion rubles for the construction and reconstruction of 3.5 thousand kilometers of highway will spend from the federal budget. In the coming years, the formation of seamless high -speed tracks, such as the Russia transport route, will continue, Mishustin noted. It includes the M-11 Neva and M-12 Vostok highways.

The plan included the construction of another section of the M-12 almost 300 kilometers long, which will stretch to Yekaterinburg. According to the latest data, they gather in the summer of this year. And a year later, in 2026, Vostok will be completed to Tyumen. However, the deadlines have been shifted earlier, so new transfers were not excluded.

Now the M-12 can be reached from Moscow to Kazan. The length of the current sections of the road is 810 kilometers.

The plan also provides for the bringing to a normative state of at least 85 percent of federal and at least 60 percent of regional and inter -municipal routes. This should be done by 2030. More than 3.5 thousand kilometers of roads will be built and reconstructed, and the construction of at least 50 byputs of settlements is completed.
