The trials took part in the CHECH TIGGO and Arrizo, released ten years ago, were carried out as part of the Automobile Safety Night. Cars did not spare and subjected them to tests according to modern standards of the Euro NCAP crash tests-a blow to a deformable barrier at a speed of 64 kilometers per hour and a frontal clash with a hard barrier at a speed of 50 kilometers per hour.

Despite the age, both the CHECH TIGGO and Arrizo coped with the tests: both cars retained the integrity of the body and the working capacity of the doors, and the airbags worked in accordance with applicable standards. When hitting a deformable barrier with a 40 percent overlap at a speed of 64 kilometers per hour, the A, B and C racks were minimally deformed at the cars. And with a frontal clash with a hard barrier at a speed of 50 kilometers per hour, Eirbegi protected the mannequins from injuries.

The CHERI emphasized that the cars participating in the crash tests were not subjected to modifications-they were defeated in the form in which they left the assembly line ten years ago. At the same time, the level of security was comparable to the safety of modern models.

Old CHERI remain liquid and now – cars of the Tiggo 4 and Tiggo 7 families are regularly among the leaders in residual value in their segments in the Russian market.
