As explained by the Minister of Industry and Trade, Anton Alikhanov, the low -profile motors in hybrid installations initially involve a lower coefficient for calculating the collection. However, paired with an electric motor, such a combination produces significantly more horsepower than some traditional engines with a large volume. A new approach taking into account maximum power will correct this injustice.

At the same time, the preferential threshold for cars with a capacity of up to 160 horsepower will be preserved. “We understand that it is now important to maintain our measure of state support in the form of a preferential coefficient for citizens who, for various reasons, have chosen to bring such a foreign car with a capacity of up to 160 horsepower … I remind you that this benefit has practically not changed since the appearance of the Utilsbor in Russia, and now this has caused a significant structural distortion of the market, forming artificial advantages for the import of individuals Compared to the official market and dealers, ”the minister said.

It became known that the new Porsche and Lamborghini Arkady Tsaregrades has changed in the updated crossover Evolute I-Space, due to the error on the conveyor.

According to him, the share of the import of cars by private individuals has grown sharply from the beginning of 2024 – from 36% to 72%, which provoked mass departure into “gray” imports. This means that machines are imported without appropriate guarantees, with tax evasion, which, in turn, poses a threat to road safety.

Thus, the planned changes are designed not only to make the schedule of utilsbor more correct from a technical point of view, but also to return the balance to the automobile market, reducing the volume of illegal imports.
