While leaving the parking lot in the courtyard of the house, the motorist mixed up the reverse gear with the front one and crashed into the car in front, reports the Prosecutor’s Office of the Vladimir Region. When registering the accident, it turned out that the person responsible for the accident had never studied at a driving school, but acquired a driver’s license by paying 75,000 rubles.
Law enforcement officers immediately established that the document had visible signs of forgery. The document itself was prepared by an unidentified person, to whom the would-be motorist provided a photograph and a copy of his passport.
The Deputy Kovrov City Prosecutor approved the indictment: a resident of the Vladimir region is accused of committing a crime under Part 5 of Art. 33 and part 2 of Art. 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
According to Part 2 of Art. 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, forgery of documents for the purpose of using them is punishable by restriction of freedom for up to three years, or forced labor for up to three years, or imprisonment for up to three years.
