The Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Vladimir Region has put up for sale the former administrative building of the tractor assembly shop of the Vladimir Tractor Plant. The initial cost of the lot is 6.3 million rubles.
The area of the property is 1132 square meters. The facility, built in 1972, is located approximately in the middle of the main site of VTZ, which is now actively being built up with residential buildings.
The building has emergency status and therefore requires major repairs or complete dismantling. There is a bomb shelter in the basement, and in front of the building there is a statue of Vladimir Lenin.
The Vladimir Tractor Plant produced wheeled tractors and chassis under the Vladimirets brand until 2018, and in 2022-2024 most of the factory buildings were demolished.
At the moment, a residential complex is being built on the site of the former production, but the former administrative building of the tractor assembly shop remained untouched.
