Drivers in Russia want to deprive rights for exceeding the noise level of vehicles

With a similar initiative, in the framework of a round table dedicated to the operation of automatic noise meters in Moscow, the Moscow City Duma deputy Lyudmila Stubenkova spoke. The official proposed to extend a strict punishment for violators if the number of offenses is not reduced after the imposition of milder sanctions.

Stebenkova said that the authorities will consider the possibility of depriving a driver’s license within the framework of the Federal Legislative Initiative of the Moscow City Duma to strengthen administrative responsibility for motorists of silence at night. The deputy believes that it will be possible to deprive the right to drive transport if drivers do not pay attention to milder sanctions.
