Hyundai hybrid models will become more powerful and economical

Hyundai introduced a new hybrid system. It uses two traction electric motors, which gives more power and improves fuel efficiency. A new hybrid installation can be combined with all -wheel drive. In addition, it supports a number of new technologies – for example, the return of energy with a capacity of up to 3.6 kilowatts.

In a new generation hybrid system, another traction electric motor P1 is used, which also takes on the functions of the starter-generator. It is both the basis of P2 integrated into the housing of a six -band machine, and such a setup not only increases power and reduces the flow, but also makes the transfers more smooth. In pairs with a modernized “turbo-four” 2.5, the return will be 334 horsepower and 460 nm of torque-19 and 9% more than the usual 2.5 T-GDI. At the same time, fuel efficiency will improve by 45%.

Hyundai The new Hyundai Palisade gained atmospheric V6 and added to patency

The secret of economy lies not only in the new layout, but also in the Atkinson cycle – with the late closure of the intake valves, which reduces the actual compression with the unchanged course of the piston and the degree of compression. With the 1.6 engine, the savings will only be 4%, and the torque will grow from 367 to 380 nm. In the load with the new Hyundai hybrid system, it has developed a number of technologies, including an E-AWD electric all-wheel drive and E-VMC 2.0 traction control, individually regulating the moment on the front and rear electric motors.

Hyundai Hyundai refused to comment on plans to return to the Russian market

The composition of E-VMC 2.0 includes a system of suppression of rennings of E-HANDLING 2.0, an assistant when a detour of obstacles E-EHA 2.0 and a system for reducing vertical movements of the body E-Ride 2.0. Hybrids also received the STAY mode, in which a high -voltage battery is used to power a climate installation and multimedia for a drilled ICE, support for double -destroyed V2L charging and “smart” recovery. The relevant Palisade was the first to test the new power plant, and in the future, with different ICE options, such systems will begin to put on other Hyundai and Kia models.
