In Russia, they expanded the program of preferential car loans

The Ministry of Industry and Trade has changed the Family Car program, writes RIA Novosti. Previously, it was designed only for large children, and from May 26, 2025, families with two children can use it. The discount on this program is half as much as the main one – only 10 percent of the cost of the car.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade announced the restart of the subprogram “Family Car” on May 13. A car with a discount of 10 percent from the middle of the month can purchase families in which two or more children.

According to the main program of preferential car loans, certain categories of citizens have the right to buy a car with a 20 percent discount. The discount applies to cars with an internal combustion engine worth up to two million rubles and with a localization of at least 2,000 points. For residents of the Far Eastern Federal District, there is a 25 percent discount.

Previously, AvtoVAZ, on whose products you can arrange a preferential loan, instead proposed to enter direct discounts on LADA. Thus, buyers will be able to receive discounts directly from the manufacturer at the expense of state consumable-without an intermediary bank.
