The first cars have already rolled off the assembly line in Yelabuga and arrived at dealers. Auto Mail reports this.
“As part of the last mile delivery in the line of commercial vehicles that we launched, we have a small vehicle – an all-metal van on the scale of the Lada Largus. It is 4 cm longer and 12 cm narrower,” a representative of the SOVA company told the Auto Mail project.
The useful volume is 5.2 cubic meters, the length of the cargo compartment is 2630 mm. The main feature: due to the lack of a gasoline engine, the driver’s seat was moved closer to the hood, which freed up additional space for cargo.
Under the hood there is an 82 hp electric motor, a range of 200 km, and a maximum speed of 90 km/h. You can drive a van with a regular category “B” license. The cost of the life cycle contract is 4.5 million rubles, which includes free maintenance for three years or 150 thousand km.
According to the manufacturer, “Owl 25” is included in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade as a Russian product. But many parts – the hood, mirror pillars – were developed in Russia and manufactured in China.
