The smallest discount on OSAGO for a non -valid ride in the period from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025 was given to drivers of the Republic of Dagestan – only 6.1 percent. This was reported in the Russian Union of Auto Stores (RSA). The second place in terms of accident was taken by the Chechen Republic with a discount of 8.7 percent, the third – the Republic of Ingushetia with 8.7 percent.
Most of the neat drivers who have the maximum discount for a trouble -free ride live in Moscow. There for the indicated period, the discount on OSAGO received 51 percent of motorists. Also, a high share of conscientious drivers was recorded in St. Petersburg (48.4 percent) and in the Perm Territory (46.4 percent).
The following is Moscow (46.1 percent) and the Leningrad regions (45.7 percent). From the sixth to 10th place, the Novosibirsk and Ryazan regions are located (43.9 and 43.8 percent, respectively), the Republic of Karelia (42.6 percent), the Tyumen and Vladimir regions (42.4 percent each).
