JAC T9 ahead of Toyota and Isuzu in a 24-hour endurance race

The South African branch of the brand said that the flagship successfully overcame the cross -country arrival at the Gerotek training ground. In 24 hours, the Jac T9 drove 4084 kilometers, which corresponds to an average speed of 170.1 km/h. The previous record (169.3 km/h) belonged to ISUZU KB, but was set in 2010. In 2003, the landmark installed Toyota Hilux (159.1 km/h).

Of course, comparing pickups of different generations with an interval of several years is not entirely correct, but Jac Motors says that the distance is passed by one machine without coordinated efforts and with a small support group. Unlike ISUZU, representatives of the Chinese brand did not use high-pressure gas stations and the team of mechanics at the pit stops.

For 1350 circles, the average fuel consumption was 16.5 liters per 100 kilometers, which is a good indicator taking into account the average speed. In confirmation, the JAC T9 warranty was increased from 100 to 200 thousand kilometers.
