The State Duma adopted immediately in the second and third reading a bill, raising duties for car owners and introducing new ones. For example, the design of the TCP and the issuance of an international driver’s license will become more expensive. The law will enter into force on September 1, 2025.

The duty for receiving TCP will grow from 800 to 1200 rubles. The certificate of registration of the vehicle will rise in price by three times: the paper was estimated at 1,500 rubles, the plastic one at 4500. The rights will cost 4000 rubles, a new model – in 6000. An international driver’s license can be issued for 3200 rubles.

For registration signs for cars since September, you will have to pay 3,000 rubles instead of 2000, for motorcycles and trailers – 2250 instead of 1500.
