The Xpeng brand is going to release a new electric SUV under the symbol G7 – it will take a place in the line between the G6 and the flagship G9, but will be the longest in the brand’s line. The G7 will receive a single electric motor on the rear axle and a battery of as yet unknown capacity produced by CALB. Appearance of the new item [уже не секрет](https://motor.ru/news/xpeng-g7-14-01-2025.htm), and now the Autohome portal publishes a spy shot of the interior.
The interior decoration of the Xpeng G7 copies that of the P7+ sedan, which the brand showed last fall. The front panel features a large 15.6-inch display that can be moved horizontally and a 10.25-inch instrument panel. The gear selector is located behind the two-spoke steering wheel, flattened at the bottom. The design of the door cards with buttons instead of handles was also borrowed from the P7+. The crossover is also expected to have a wireless charging compartment, a pair of cup holders and storage space.

Last week, the Chinese Ministry of Industry revealed the main characteristics of the G7. It is a mid-size crossover and measures 4,892 millimeters in length, just a millimeter longer than the G9, making the G7 the longest SUV in Xpeng’s lineup. The width and height are 1925 and 1655 millimeters, respectively. The wheelbase of the “seven” is smaller than that of the “nine” – 2890 millimeters versus 2998. The wheel size of the new product is 19 or 20 inches.
