This follows from the statistics of sales in the SUV segment (crossovers and SUVs), which is published by the Avtostat agency. So, in May, the first three of the Russians’ favorite all -terrain vehicles included the Haval Jolion of the Tula assembly, the imported CHERY TIGGO 7 Pro Max and the domestic Lada Niva Legend. Moreover, the Niva returned to the top three for the first time since May last year, that is, for 13 months.

Jolion, which is produced at the HAVAL plant in the Tula region, in May 2025 went out in the amount of 4586 copies – this is 51.9 percent less than last month last year. In second place by a wide margin is the CHERY TIGGO 7 Pro Max, the result of which is 2757 machines sold (-45.8 percent in annual comparison). Closes the three Lada Niva Legend: 2600 cars, which corresponds to a fall in sales by 29.3 percent.
