AvtoVAZ announced the start of Lada Vesta sales with a new 6-speed “mechanics”

It will be available for all modifications of the family: sedan, station wagon and version of CROSS. The new gearbox is paired with a 1.8 EVO engine with a capacity of 122 horsepower. The starting price of the sedan with a new transmission will be 1,796,000 rubles. Among other things, the domestic automaker increased the choice of power units to four options.

The gear rates of the new gearbox are optimized to save fuel, as well as dynamic acceleration. So, the maximum speed of the new modification increased to 187–189 kilometers per hour (depending on the type of body), and the acceleration time to 100 kilometers per hour is 10.6 seconds – the best indicator in the Vesta family.

In the combination of devices, a gear shift indicator is provided. The new transmission is available starting with the Enjoy configuration, which includes an expanded list of equipment: front and rear parking sensors, heating the washer nozzles, heating the windshield, the rear view chamber and heating the steering wheel.

The range of power units Lada Vesta increased to four options: in addition to the new ligament of the 1.8-liter EVO engine and six-speed mechanics, a 1.6-liter engine with five-speed mechanics (from 1,525,000 rubles), a 1.6-liter engine and an automatic machine (from 1,575,000 rubles) are available (1,575,000 rubles) and a 1.8-liter EVO with an automatic machine (from 1 of 1 of 1 801 000 rubles).

Earlier it became known that AvtoVAZ patented the Lada Tigris trademark, which can become the name of the new model. According to the base of the Federal Institute for Industrial Property, cars and accessories can be produced under this sign, as well as repair and maintenance of machines.
